Refund Policy
Due to the nature of collectible products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

PRE-ORDER CANCELATION: You may request to cancel a pre-order any time before it ships. Approved pre-order cancellations are refunded to the original payment method minus a 10% cancellation/restocking NON REFUNDABLE fee which covers Credit Card Processing Fees & Logistical Adjustments.

“Shipped” means the order label has been Generated, Packed, fulfilled & Tracking number has been provided.

Damages and wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within [7 days] of delivery at Carsncardscanada@gmail.com with your order number and photos of: (1) the item, (2) packaging, and (3) shipping label.

We will evaluate the issue and, at our option open a shipping claim with the Carrier if the damage occurred during the shipping process.

If you received the wrong item, We will evaluate the issue and, at our option, provide a replacement (if available)refund, or store credit.
