Pre-Order Policy
Definition of Pre-Orders
A pre-order refers to an item that has not yet been released or delivered by the manufacturer at the time of purchase. Production, packaging, and international shipping are still in progress. Orders will ship once the item arrives at our warehouse.
Estimated Release Dates
All pre-order listings include an estimated release timeframe provided by the manufacturer. These dates are estimates only and are subject to change without notice. CarsNCards is not responsible for manufacturer, production, shipping, or customs delays or allocation reductions. In some cases we may need to cancel and refund Pre-Orders if our allocation is cut based on the last orders placed.
Delays
Delays are common within the diecast and collectible industry. If a release timeline changes, we will update the product page accordingly when new information becomes available. Lack of updates from the manufacturer does not indicate an issue with your order.
Pricing and Availability
Pre-orders secures the price of an item and may offer pricing that differs from post-release market prices. Production quantities are determined by manufacturer demand forecasts and are outside of our control.
Order Communication
Customers will receive:
An order confirmation email upon purchase
A shipping confirmation email with tracking once the order has shipped
We do not provide interim production updates, as manufacturers do not supply this information.
Combined Orders
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available. Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner must place separate orders.
Cancellations and Refunds
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipment, subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers non-refundable processing costs and supplier allocation commitments.
Alternatives to Cancellation
At our discretion, customers may request one of the following alternatives:
Partial shipment of in-stock items, with additional shipping charges applied to pre-orders
Holding pre-orders for shipment with a future order
Exchange for an in-stock item, with any price difference adjusted accordingly
Acceptance of Terms
